A Decade of Dreaming Big

This year, Dreamers of Day turns ten! 🎉

What began in 2015 as a leap of faith between two co-founders has become something we couldn’t have imagined at the time — a team of more than 20 dreamers, hundreds of projects launched, and partnerships with 100 clients across 15 different industries. Along the way, our platforms have grown to support more than a billion pageviews a year.

The milestones tell part of the story. But the heart of this anniversary is the people who made it possible.

“From the beginning, our vision was to build differently,” says Susan Goodvin, COO and Co-founder. “Not one-off launches, but lasting platforms. Not transactional projects, but trusted relationships. Ten years later, I’m grateful every day for the clients, partners, and team who brought that vision to life.”

Our journey has been marked by recognition — Web Excellence Awards, Webby nominations, and leadership honors like Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and C-Suite Leaders Award. But what matters most are the relationships behind the work: the clients who trusted us, the partners who collaborated with us, and the team members who gave their all.

“Looking back, I think about the foundations we’ve built,” adds Mark Atli, CTO and Co-founder. “The systems we’ve architected, the culture we’ve shaped, the talent we’ve nurtured — that’s what defines this first decade for me.”

Ten years in, we’re celebrating not just what we’ve achieved, but who we’ve become together. We’ve grown, we’ve learned, and we’ve built something that lasts.
