Welcoming Kaitlyn Ehlers as Our New Project Coordinator

We’re excited to welcome Kaitlyn Ehlers to Dreamers of Day as our newest Project Coordinator, where she will support client programs and projects.

Kaitlyn brings more than six years of project management experience, leading cross-functional teams across the tech and entertainment industries, guiding projects from concept through delivery. She holds a degree in Visualization from Texas A&M University and a Business Certificate from the SMU Cox School of Business.

The people who have worked with her describe the same trait again and again: she turns ambiguity into clear next steps, keeps the work organized and well documented, and keeps teams calm and moving through tight timelines and shifting priorities.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn is based in Plano, Texas, and is rarely without a camera in hand. She enjoys photographing senior portraits, families, and friends, and spends her free time cooking, baking, crocheting, and caring for her growing collection of succulents.
