Dreamers of Day Wins a Web Excellence Award

We’re excited to announce that Dreamers of Day has been recognized with a Web Excellence Award for our work on the Texas Real Estate Research Center (TRERC) website.

The TRERC website transforms how real estate professionals, policymakers, and the public engage with over 40,000 pages of research reports, datasets, and articles. Our solution modernized TRERC’s legacy SharePoint system into a dynamic, data-driven WordPress platform featuring:

  • Advanced search and filtering – Enabling users to find relevant content with ease.
  • Real-time API integrations – Delivering up-to-date market insights and economic trends.
  • Interactive data visualization – Empowering users to analyze trends and export custom reports.
  • Accessibility compliance – Meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards to ensure an inclusive experience for all users.
